Steps to reproduce:

I misunderstood the Button at the bottom of filing a bug: 

"Security: 	
	Many users could be harmed by this security problem: it should be kept hidden from the public until it is resolved."

and I accidentally checked it:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=881175


Actual results:

The bug is now hidden from Public as "Security-Sensitive Core Bug" although it shouldn't and I cannot change that


Expected results:

There should be a possibility for the creator to change that
