Attachment: <pluginname>/more scroll issue

STR:
1. open addons manager
2. click on "more" next to a plugin
3. zoom (ctrl+'+') until the horizontal scroll appears
4. scroll to the left until only half of the "always activate" button is visible
5. click on the "always activate" button

AR: "Never activate" option is displayed and it's misaligned with the "always activate" option
