Calling this an XPConnect bug based on the stack. Hit this crash reliably by entering window.frames in the Web Console on:

Clicking the returned Object reveals the Object Inspector. Expanding the entry for '1' in that object causes the crash.

The stack looks like bug 867771 to me, which has been drifting along for quite some time...
