It's been reported that PIN error message is not localized when Portuguese is configured. 
1. Entering wrong PIN
2. English error message appears: "You have 2 tries left to enter the correct code before locking the Sim card", and then "2 tries left"
3. Entering again wrong PIN 
4. English error message appears: "last try"
5. Entering last wrong PIN. PUK required. 
6. English message appears: "10 tries left"
