Right-clicking anywhere within the main frame of this page anywhere in the site
does nothing. Other websites let me produce the standard menu (Back, View
Source, etc).

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit http://www.wnew.com
2.Right-click anywhere in the bottom right main frame of the page.
3.

Actual Results:  No right-click menu is displayed.

Expected Results:  The standard right click menu be displayed.
This should be a dupe of bug 87289..
