0. (Log out of MDN if you are logged in)
1. Go to the URL of a page that doesn't yet exist. I went to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Developer_Guide/Reviewer_Checklist
2. This gives a 404/Not found page which includes the text "If you were following a documentation link, you can [sign in] and create the page. Otherwise, please file a bug. Thanks!"
3. Click on the "Sign in" persona link in the text above
4. Follow persona login steps

Actual results:
You end up at a page with URL https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/users/browserid_verify which is completely blank

Expected results:
You are signed into MDN and can create the page at the requested URL.
