The new tab animation could better indicate that the new tab that you've opened up is the one now taking over the screen

Just wanted to clarify -- is this about the animation of the tab counter icon, or is it the entire flow of pressing the new tab icon -> a new tab appearing in the tab tray -> the tray closing with the new tab in place?

Sigh. Ok. Since neither Patryk, Ben, Eric or I seems to know what this bug is about I'm resolving it worksforme. We can file separate bugs if we decide we want to do something newer and/or fancier with either the tab counter icon or new tab page transition.
