Description:
No notification is displayed when SD card is running low on memory while recording a video

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130610070206
2) Tap on Camera Icon
3) Switch to Camcorder/Video Icon
4) Begin recording a video
5) View what happens

Actual:
When the memory is full the recording continues until user stops recording.  Once stopped screen goes back to video recording screen.

Expected:
When memory is full a clear message should be displayed letting the user now that device has run out of storage while recording a video.

Nomming this for leo, as this, to me seems important (end result is in a failure of a function/perceived failure).   

If not good for leo, I'd suggest then nomming for koi.
