If there are a queue of messages to send - TB will persist in tying to send even of offline or can't connect. STR: * Go Offline * Write multiple messages (for example I just wrote 30 on a plane while offline) * Connect to a Wireless, but NOT to the internet - for example youv'e connected to the airport wireless BUT have not yet succeeded in getting connected to the net, for example in a Starbucks watching the ad video before it conencts. * TB notices the wireless is connected and tries and fails to send each message opening a dialog for each one. * OK - so TB is being dumb, maybe I can go offline as a workaround * TB continues to try and send all the Outbox even though offline. This is really unpleasant, and there is no good way around it - especially since the dialogues telling of failure to send block other usage of TB.
Still see this in version 31 or development build?

I haven't noticed it for a while, but that could be because I don't think TB complains if its trying to send mail in the background, or its got better detection of when its online.
