need to make sure that nagiosctl and associated crons get updated when this goes out, so need to coordinate this.

I've no objection as long as the API returns data for "desktop". Once nagiosctl is deployed, I'll work with uberj to change "desktop" to "servicedesk" in the API. I don't want nagiosctl to block this bug, so please go ahead with the cosmetic change and leave the API as is.

https://inventory.mozilla.org/en-US/systems/oncall/ now says 'Service Desk Oncall'. I only changed the value in HTML, all back-end stuff still goes by 'desktop'
