Description:
When the user enables the passcode lock and access the camera from the lock screen,the user is able to view the gallery 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130610070206
2) Go to Settings> Phone Lock
3) Enable Lock Screen and enable Passcode Lock
4) Setup a Passcode>Press Create
5) Press the Power button>Press the Power button again
6) Press camera button

Actual:
The user is able to access the Gallery

Expected:
Gallery access is prohibited until the password in inputted

I can reproduce this issue in my unagi with yesterday v1-train build. I do think this is a very critical issue that need to be fixed to avoid anyone to look at your pictures when your phone is lock.

It doesn't seem to be reproducible with the latest v1-train (11b472e), the gallery button (i.e. the group of six squares icon) is not present in the bottom camera toolbar if the require passcode field is set to "Immediately".

Adding 'qawanted' for further check.

As Comment 2 notes, the gallery icon is not present and even if you take photos, the only thing that you are able to see is the photos that you have taken.

I have tried again and you are right, it works fine with Unagi v1.1 build on 24-june: Gecko-dadc3b2.Gaia-885b874

Unable to repro on Leo 1.1 commercial RIL, so verifying as Worksforme.  Accessing the camera from a passcoded lockscreen does not show an icon for navigating to the gallery.
