Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the testcase.
2. Click the triangle to pull the drop-down box.
3. Hover the mouse to the first item and see the highlight NOT reaching as long
as when hovering to the second item.
4. Note that the active area of the first item is limited to the highlighted area.

Actual Results:  First item is highlighted for the item text only.

Expected Results:  Entire first item is highlighted in the testcase.

rv:1.8a) Gecko/20040421 Firefox/0.8.0+.

bz tells me that roc's removal of native scrollbars probably fixed it.
