In bug 880002 , we added a link to  the partnerships page in the footer section of base-resp.html . The /firefox/performace, /firefox/security and /firefox/technology  use a different template. Please add the link to the partnerships page in that template as well

I'd have called this a dupe of bug 880002 since that bug was to add it to the footer everywhere, and the original fix was incomplete. But this works too.
