We need a remote IR receiver on the production desk to control Vidyo endpoints, Apple TV, and any other IR controlled devices in the AV Rack.

There is already an IR repeater built into the Extron HDMI 301TX (or Crestron equivalent) in each pDesk.  So NO ADDITIONAL ROOM TO ROOM WIRING IS REQUIRED.

This should be done for Paris, London, and SFO1 pDesks, and added to the design for Portland and New Mt. View and new pDesks going forward.

The new Xantech receiver on the production desk work fine.

Reopening the bug.  Removed the block for SFO Commons, this still needs to be done in London, Paris, and perhaps Portland.  We need to verify Portland, but adding it to the block list.
