steps to reproduce:
1. Find a public paid packaged app like https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/app/premium-packaged-app/ 
2. Search for the app by name like "premium packaged"


expected behavior:
App is listed in the search reuslts

observed behavior:
Paid packaged apps not showing up in search results

This still happens. Since it has been more than 3 days since this was uploaded, we cant blame this on caching anymore.

Supposedly this app was not indexed. Rob reindexed search and now it works
