to allow execution of arbitrary bash script. It would allow executing domain specific tasks, like deploying cltbld ssh keys, set up of hg share, etc.

puppet 3.2 manifests
You'll want to land this in the hgmo/build/puppet repo, since that's where tools wget puppetize.sh from. I can merge it to 320 for you, but I don't think that's immediately necessary.
