Realize you forgot <meta name="webmaker:tags" content="guide">, paste that into thimble.

Try to republish.

I cannot reproduce this locally, nor on staging. Are there other steps to reproduce, otherwise this might already be fixed on staging and production just needs an update.

Is there a project already with that title? To confirm this, change the title of that page and try publishing.

If so, this bug is a dupe of bug 883208 and can be closed.
