A minor update to the m.yahoo.co.jp page, b4.yahoo.co.jp exists but doesn't resolve via http.  So we have network access from the devices, it was the external service causing troublees.

I have updated the zip, you can fix it here:

for now this bug is to fix a known problem, not resolve the larger question of do we still find these pages useful and if so lets remove all other network access (a larger task)
