Steps to reproduce:

1)  Run the installer
2)  On the final installer screen, check the Quick Launch option
3)  Click again on Quick Launch option

Result:  Nothing happens
Expected Result:  Quicklaunch selection box should be unchecked
Investigating -- although, this hardly seems possible, being a windows control 
and all.
Todd, did you actually see this, or was it reported to you?

Yeah, I did see this myself.  I clicked and clicked, to no avail.  I will try
again with today's build.
Todd, you tried this immediately after a beer bash, right?
I do my best work right after the beer bashes, so clearly this was not after the
beer bash.  I tried today and had no problem deselecting.  I swear I saw this
though. Anyway, worksforme now.
