Guide tags should show up on /teach with "recommended" tag and without "featured" tag

Currently, in order to get a Make to show on /teach it has to be tagged "webmaker:featured" and "guide" Featured Makes are only for community members, so we need it so that it can show up as "webmaker:recommended" and "guide" as well, without requiring it to be featured. This accounts for the majority of /teach Makes which are made by Mozilla at the moment.
We might want to consider a filter drop down on /teach to get sets of recommended guides and featured community guides. A lot like the home page.
/teach is using "tags":["teach","webmaker:teach-1"] tags now.
