Gene, two nits about this stack for graphite and opsview. For Graphite, the http Nxx sections were not initially present until I started driving traffic onto the boxes.
For Opviews, the usual credentials to sign in, after tunneling to the server, do not work, so I can't see opsview.

For graphite, unfortunately that's a limitation of cloudwatch, that's just how it works. Cloudwatch doesn't reveal any data for jared's tool to turn into statsd, and graphite doesn't show a metric before it has the first data point for it.
Hmm.. the creds for the staging opsview haven't changed (user : admin password : initial). Maybe you're hitting a prod opsview server?

re: graphite, did not know that. Thanks for the explanation.
re: opsviews, I was using the wrong creds, oops.
