This is an edge case where installed/mine api calls dehydrate which tries to populate data for the search api. It doesn't hurt to have this there for reviewers but we could also bypass this if we somehow know which API is being called.

To verify, as a user with reviewer privileges go to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/purchases and it shouldn't 500 and show an "Oh no!" message.

The wording was bad on my part. It shouldn't 500 and it shouldn't show an "Oh no!" message.
