Please add 'Burmese(my)' locale code to Mozilla websites and product-details libraries

keeping in General component as we need to check in 3 config files (bedrock, php, product-details) that we have the locale code there.

added to svn in r117034 for the php side, I checked product-details and we do have the locale in localeDetails and firefoxDetails classes, Burmese only has Aurora builds activated. If beta needs to be activated, please ask release-drivers to add it to FirefoxDetails

I am going to open a separate bug on Bedrock to update the python site with all our new locale codes including Burmese.
