Hover mouse on the toolbar buttons. Actual Results: No tooltips popped up. Expected Results: Tooltips popped up like that in the browser.
stephend: I tried reversing the order of the aTooltip and the tooltiptext attributes, and that didn't seem to do it. I'll keep tinkering with this.

Yeah, me too, Ian. I _cannot_ figure this out. I did all of the tooltips for throbbers, (and initially the grippies, but later we decided not to do tooltips for them). Your code looks perfect, I'm not sure what's going on here.
The patch looks good, I don't know if I can give any kind of formal review or approval yet, but it certainly works.

OK to mark this bug as fixed, but I think the tooltip for the home icon needs some fixin'. It's ambiguous as to what the icon/button will go to (I'm looking at the commercial build now, I'm not sure offhand what Mozilla does). The button should be re-labeled "Help Home" (or "Help and Support Center" for the commercial version). Else, "Home" could be confused with the browser's home page. Maybe we can ultimately get a new icon that would have a "?" over the cute little house, so the icon would more clearly be identified as a help-related button.
Can we check this in on the trunk, too?
stephend: I will do a big catch up and get all fruits of the branch onto the trunk real soon. Getting stuff all cleaned up for this now.
