When you attempt to copy a URL out of the Media tab of Page info, it doesn't work. If you right click, you are shown a glimpse of hope, dangled just out of reach.

Try starting Firefox in safe-mode:
Help -> Restart with Addons Disabled.
Also pasting about:support in an attachment here might be useful.

Works for me in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; WOW64; rv:23.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/23.0

It may be a Mac specific bug.  Could you provide more specific Steps to Reproduce and any other information so we can investigate this further?  Does this happen on all images or just on gifs or just this site/domain etc?

You can select & copy from the "Location" text right below this, but I'd agree that the context menu is feeble and misleading.

Could you bisect to identify the regression range?

Tested as early as Firefox 21 on OS X 10.8.2 with a fresh profile.

STR:

Right click on a webpage, select "View Page Info"
Click on the "Media" tab
Right click on one of the items on the list of media entries.
Observe that the "Copy" option is disabled.

Doesn't seem to matter what page I am on.

Unable to find a regression range- the oldest working Minefield build available from the mozregression tool still contains the issue.
