If you have some text selected on a website using the drag monocles, tapping anywhere on the website will deselect the text but the monocles will not clear. The only way they will clear is if you scroll through the website (Up/Down)

- Attached a screenshot to illustrate the problem

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open Firefox Metro
2) Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page
3) Select some text using the monocles by double tapping on some text and then dragging the monocles
4) Once you select some text from the website, tap somewhere else on the page (don't tap on any links). You will notice your text selection will be cleared but the monocles will remain
5) Tap anywhere on the website again and notice that the monocles are not clearing from the screen
6) Swipe/Scroll the screen up or down and you'll notice that both of the monocles will be cleared

Current Behavior:

- Monocles not disappearing when text is deselected. They remain on the page until you scroll through the website (Up/Down)

Expected Behavior:

- Monocles should disappear along side the selected text. User shouldn't see any monocles left behind if nothing on the screen is selected
