884260 - Edit As New does not remember personal card (vcard) attachment setting

STR
1. Send an email with a personal card (vcard) attached.
2. Go to sent folder and select that email
3. Bring up context menu and select "Edit As New"
4. Check if compose window shows email has a personal card attached.

Actual result
1. Personal card is not attached and have to check box to attach.

Expected result
1. Personal card should be attached as it was in the original email.

If there are other attachments (for example pictures or PDFs), they are still attached as expected.

Reverting bug 228689 would fix it (but show the vcard as attachment while composing). I suppose it's debatable what the correct thing to do is...
