Need to refresh Firefox several times to be able to see video streams for all users

Tested on FF 22b5.
STR:
Perform a 3-4 persons call on
http://tokbox.com/opentok/webrtc/demo or http://codassium.com/
Actual results:
Need to refresh to see the users who just joined.
Also sometimes users disappear from the video conference, need to refresh to see them back.

The tokbox demo issue also happens in Chrome, so it's not Firefox-specific.
What happens in Chrome with this STR generally? From what I'm seeing so far, this might a bug on the site.

Tested on a 5 persons call. The video streaming seems to work fine in Chrome, only the sound is distorted.

testing I did in house across machines and on the same machine reveals this also reproduces on chrome, so it's likely a bug in the SimpleWebRTC library. As such, I'm closing not valid as it is a TE bug.
