Details

We currently (bug 884306) hardcoded the language direction in the html/gaia bindings.

It should be up to a localizer to decide what direction to use.

Why should we put this on localizers?

Yeah, I also don't think we should make this customizable.  The directions of languages are well-known and ideally should come from CLDR so that they're not even hardcoded in l20n.
