The profile stuff is in fireplace. To activate the device specific queue (bug 862474) we need to send the ?pro=... query string around in reviewer tools.

This will require copy+pasting https://github.com/mozilla/fireplace/blob/master/hearth/media/js/buckets.js into Zamboni.

To test this load /reviewers on android or on FFOS and when you select 'queues' there should now be a 'devices' option in the menu.

Verified as fixed in https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers/apps/queue/ on FF24 (Android 4.1.1)
