884557 - Fix UI on on Events Details pages

On events detail pages (such as https://webmaker.org/events/46):

* Sign up button should not be blue. Make it green, to match buttons on the homepage. #3FB58E
* Sign up button should be 50px high with matching >
* Align the left column to the left, don't centre it.
* There should be more buffer space between the bottom of the page background and the footer
these pages shouldn't need a back to top button.

The first two points are resolved in webmaker-events#44d6c2a. The last point may involve changes to the webmaker.org repo, I'll leave this until the event-details page is stable.

Can you please clarify the second point, "Align the left column to the left, don't centre it."

All issues listed in here have been fixed; there are new issues but I'll file a new bug for that
