Details

In the brief period that gstreamer was enabled by default _on inbound_, there was some confusion over the new dependency. To reduce this confusion, we should include the headers in our build. Of course, when we upgrade to gstreamer 1.0 we will have to go through this pain again. So may as well get it out of the way now.
Overthinking something that is better solved with a friendly error message. Resolved wontfix for now.
