When the price tier drop-down is changed we should automatically check all the available regions.

Thinking about this a bit more, I'm not sure this is the correct behaviour. 

Can we discuss this and describe what should happen in more detail?

I would think there are two possibilities:

If we check all the available regions for a given price tier this should only happen when a price tier other than the currently saved one is selected so we don't second guess the currently saved regions.

Alternatively we could wontfix this bug and let the user update the form as necessary.

We shouldn't check all available regions since we have no way of knowing that the developer wants to support them. Here is my suggestion-

When the developer changes the price tier, we show a confirmation message saying something like "Please review the supported region list for the newly selected pricetier"

Do you think that makes sense?

Just waiting on exposing of the necessary data based on the price tier to be exposed to fix this. This will also save an XHR on the page load.
