884854 - Troubleshoot gravatar profile picture crossover from different accounts

On /teach, @mozteach seems to be displaying two different gravatar pics, one webmaker logo with a red background and one with a white background.

Perhaps related, @nwp also has the same profile pic as the red-background mozteach profile pic.

Hoping this is nothing too sinister.

Laura says she has been uploading NWP content, but using a different email and different Persona account than the one she uses for @mozteach.

The first one (Webmaker 'm' icon) is loading:

Clearly we're getting two different hashes for the email here.
