Details

We need to to clear out the double opt-in holding database on a nightly schedule - this way we don't have to worry with historical subscriptions that never got confirmed. We just need to be careful not to clear out anyone before they've had 24 hours to confirm (e.g. if they sign up at 11:58 pm, don't delete them when our job next runs at midnight...) There should be a CREATED_DATE you can use in your query to only process records older than some cutoff.
With the new basket functionality spec (Bug 909934) - this will not be needed
