I thought there were bugs filed for these, but a quick search hasn't revealed any.

TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | tests/test-tabs.testOpenInNewWindow | new window is active (({}) != ({}))
TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | tests/test-tabs.testOpenInNewWindow | URL of activeTab matches ("about:blank" != "data:text/html;charset=utf-8,newwindow")

Adding keyword so this appears in the TBPL bug suggestions.
This isn't actually a permanent-orange; there haven't been any incidents that I can see since https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=UX&rev=d9f547e97bf8, and that's starred to bug 882867, the intermittent-orange bug for this issue, which also affects mozilla-central. I don't believe this is our bug.

Eh, sorry, it seems they did also appear on mstange's push. However, they've since disappeared, and bug 882867 implies this was disabled on linux, so the merge from m-c ought to have 'fixed' this.
