It takes too many steps to run the tests in gaia-email-libs-and-more after checking out the repo.  (And it's even possible to fail to check out the repository correctly because of the use of git submodules.)  We should be able to run "make tests" (or something similar) and have the tests run after a bunch of automated steps take care of any dependencies or setup.

So, this is almost nearly completely done, except for docs.  Arguably, we might also want to clean it up a little.

The Travis stand-up made it so that if you do:

  bash tools/ci/unit/travis.sh

Then we do everything.  (You have to invoke bash right now because we forgot to chmod +x the file...)

That's not the most intuitive thing.  We might just want to integrate most of the dep work into 'make tests' or something.
