On 2013-06-19, at 5:43 PM, Paul Amitai wrote: * we are beginning to promote the Open(Art) exhibition and workshops, taking place July 12 and 13 at Eyebeam. * We want to make sure we're coordinating our efforts, and also to discuss how Mozilla would like to participate in the events and/or do anything additional at Eyebeam with NYC colleagues. * In terms of promo, we have an event page on the Eyebeam website as well as a dedicated Open(Art) website, which is close to launching as a full version with some unique features that we're pretty psyched about. * Here are the links: http://openart.eyebeam.org/ http://www.eyebeam.org/events/openart-%E2%80%93-creative-platforms-for-the-open-web I've also created an evite (see below) and will push info out on Eyebeam's newsletter over the next week. But before doing any more, I want to make sure we're all on the same page! Please let me know if you'd like to talk, or if I should be in touch with someone else from Mozilla comms team.

* What's our next step here?
Social media, press outreach, post on Mozilla blog (preferred). This thread has some details, as does openart.eyebeam.org. I am in Brazil but may be able to hop on a call?
OOh, Brazil! I'm heading out for long weekend in about an hour. Planning to help with social media and press next week- will also connect with Eyebeam on press outreach, to see what, if anything they're already working on so we don't cross wires.
Yes, but for work :) Getting Mozilla more resources to operate here. Are you in touch with Eyebeam? Erica is in on some email threads, but it wouldn't hurt to reach out to the project manager: paul Amitai <paulamitai@gmail.com> Cc me? @Erica anything needed to commence press outreach? Any edits to the brochure?
