These files are inside the mail/searchplugins folder of your locale but are unused, since the corresponding en-US searchplugins are picked at build time.
Therefore these files should be removed.

As suggested on mozilla.dev.l10n.vi, I removed the files from mozilla-aurora

Also merged it back to l10n-central
