steps to reproduce: 1. Start the application. 2. Search for a paid application between 90-110. 3. Select buy 4. Notice that the user will be able to pay by either credit card or carrier billing. expected behavior: The user should only be given the option to pay by credit card. observed behavior: The user is given able to pay either Credit card or carrier.
