If the user attempts to purchase an application from MP Dev using carrier billing they will receive an error message which reads "Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later"

steps to reproduce: 1. Start the MP Dev application. 2. Search for a paid application which can be purchased by carrier billing. 3. Select buy. 4. Enter pin. 5. Notice the error message expected behavior: The payment should go through and the application should be installed. observed behavior: The payment fails to go through with the error message "Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later"

Note that I am able to successfully purchase pricetier 110. All other pricetiers fail however

Vikas, what region/carrier is this? This error is on a Bango screen. The entry point was: mozilla.test.bango.org/mozpayments/?bcid=358000 Is there something wrong with our price tiers? Is this expected to work on Test?

Hi Kumar, The region is Poland and carrier T-mobile-pl. Note that at this moment in time I am not able to search for any paid application. I am using the same search string that I always use so I am not sure if someone has disabled all paid apps.
