steps to reproduce:

1. Start inapp
2. Set the pricepoint to 60 or 70. 
3. Enter your pin
4. Notice that the user is only given the option to purchase using credit card

expected behavior:

The user should be given the option to pay by credit card and carrier billing.

observed behavior:

The user is only given the option to pay by credit card.

This issue has started to reoccur. Note that pricetiers 10-80 display the option of cc only for inapp.

in the past 48 hours we have seen transactions for these price points:

Tier 60 26.99zl = 5 attempts and 5 successes
Tier 70 38.79zl = 11 attempts and 8 successes 3 failures due to invalid token response from operator (these failures were followed by two successes 5 mins later)

Based on chat with Tom, the 3 failures were due to retrying too quickly. Vikas,  would you like to retry?

I have made purchases using both cc and carrier payment without issue in the last 10 minutes or so.
