Last year we introduced the concept of the Top Navigation bar to support the new IA. As we keep fine tunning it we are finding that the usecases it was supporting are not that strong anymore. Because of that we should remove it.

That creates the need of adding the entrance to "Get Involved" somewhere else. I'm adding a bug for that.

I checked with Cheng and we are good to remove the Input link from it. So we are all good to go.
