When user changes the language to Polski, the year appears truncated in the Settings Language screen Repro Steps: 1. Updated to Leo Mozilla Build ID: 20130621070212 2. I hardly see this as an issue for l10n to fix.

Needinfo? Eric and he will add a screenshot of English version showing how the time should be formatted, which should fix this issue.
