When user changes the language to Polski, the year appears truncated in the Settings Language screen

Repro Steps: 
1. Updated to Leo Mozilla Build ID: 20130621070212
2. From the Home screen, navigate to the Settings App
3. Tap Language under the Settings header

Actual Results:
The displayed year is truncated

Expected Results:
The complete date is displayed in full

I hardly see this as an issue for l10n to fix.

Needinfo? Eric and he will add a screenshot of English version showing how the time should be formatted, which should fix this issue.

The text should be shifted to the left so it has a 30px margin (left aligned with the header).  Let me know if a mock up is needed.  Thanks!
