885867 - Create a more robust API for setting the message contents in DoorHangers

Bug 884069 refactors DoorHanger to make a nicer Java API for creating DoorHangers. We should expand on this to allow consumers to create messages with markup, so that we don't have to do gross thinks like have an addLink() method that just concatenates together text in the message TextView.

This will help us fix bug 860581 without string concatenation hacks.
