Details

This is an extreme edge case but it happened and our code was unable to deal with this case. Theorized steps to reproduce: 1. Upload a packaged app and get it to PENDING state. 2. As a reviewer, view the app's review page. It is now in the "Reviewing" queue. 3. Delete the version. The app remains in the reviewing queue for a few minutes and while it is there we are unable to query the latest version which results in a 500. P3 since it's an edgecase, but tracebacks are unfortunate.
