BookmarksListView encloses TopBookmarksView also. This causes the scrollbar height to change based on elements shown on the screen.

android:smoothScrollBar doesn't seem to work either! :(
This still happening?
Yes. This will still happen. As the size is calculated by android. Probably I'll see if we can hack to let it know the actual size of the entire view.
