OK, Cancel buttons etc. show up mosly off the bottom of widows, like the
download window.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download a file
2.Pick an option and press okay


Actual Results:  Look at the bottom of the download window. The buttons only
appear with about 4 pixels of the top of them showing. The rest of them is
hidden below. Sometimes clicking or dragging the window helps, but only sometimes.

Expected Results:  Same thing, but in such a way that I can actually see all of
the buttons .
