Don't popup opened windows when each stop loading

Hi,
I would be nice to have an option to disable the popup of opened
normal browser window when each browser instace finish downloading the page.
For example:
- open a new window, write yahoo.com and press enter to load the page
- open a second page, write slashdot.org and press enter to load te page
Since yahoo.com load faster that slashdot.org, you will be waiting in the
slashdot.org window waiting to read the news. But, the yahoo.com window
appears in front, popup, and don't let you read the slashdot.org page.
I think this is just an anoing feature that IE started.

Only Microsoft would call this a feature =)
