Steps to reproduce:

1) Log in to Google Plus
2) Select and copy some text from http://example.com
3) Open a new tab with this url to share a url on Google Plus: https://plus.google.com/share?url=http://example.com
4) Tap and hold in the box 'Add a comment' to paste copied text


Actual results:

Text selector handles appear


Expected results:

A pop-up box to appear, allowing me to paste previously copied text

I think this this is the same problem as bug 886105 and has to do with contenteditable attribute.
